Description

Under the reproducible umbrella, this lesson aims to provide tools and a framework for writing reproducible papers. The idea is to leverage different R packages to help you organize your research from start to finish. Mainly focusing on formatting publication manuscripts for specific journals.

Prerequisites

• Basic knowledge of R and RStudio
• Familiarity with Rmarkdown and/or Quarto

Learning Goals

• Introduce the concept of a research compendium
• Learn how to use R to package your work by building a reproducible paper in RMarkdown/Quarto
